Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is a Setup Charge?
This is a nominal fee that applies to some orders with an imprint. This charge is for the labor it takes to calibrate the equipment or machinery that is doing the imprinting.

2. Is shipping & handling free?
Prices do not include shipping & handling charges. All products are shipped F.O.B. factory. Shipping & handling will be added to your final invoice.


3. What is a screen charge?

Most products require that a silk screen or plate be made in order to apply your custom imprint. If your artwork is more than one color, a screen must be made for each color. Certain products do not require a screen charge when the imprint is comprised of only simple, straight-line text. Screen charges are one-time charges per product, per imprint. New imprints will require new screens and charges.

4. What are acceptable formats, platforms and sizes for artwork?
We can accept most any type of file type, from a Windows PC or Macintosh. Most art is generated in Adobe Illustrator, but can usually accept any page layout or illustrator program. A vector file is the preferred format. A fax of your artwork providing it is clear, will be accepted and converted at a nominal cost. Please note there may be a small charge for any art work not camera ready as a vector file.

5. What are the Payment Terms?
Payment in the form of MasterCard of Visa via Paypal is required for all new customers. Paypal no longer requires customers to open a Paypal account for a one-time purchase.
Checks are accepted but will increase the overall turn around time as they must clear before production commences. First time customers must pay 50% at placement of order then 50% before order is shipped.
Approved accounts may qualify for extended billing terms.
